McDonald's app won't let me order, or see contents of my bag, randomly removes offers as I place my order. I'll get food from a business my money.
Absolute idiots!!!!!! I ordered my food and was instructed to wait at the front for our food. During that time, the manager ran through the parking lot chasing down a truck they gave the wrong food too. Turns out they gave him my food and expected me to still feed it to my kids after someone else had already gone through the bag in their vehicle. THEN they couldn’t count how many hashbrowns and shorted our order. No compassion or apology, instead they were pissed I made them remake the food

Great service! A guy named Alex took my order and he was so friendly and helped with me everything I needed. He deserves a promotion.
