I visited today specifically for the Shania Twain keychain promotion and ordered the meal that included it. When my order was brought out, the keychain was missing, so I went inside to politely ask for the one I had paid for. A red-haired employee then scoffed to a coworker and said, “It’s just a keychain,” in a dismissive tone. I found this response unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, especially given that I had purchased the promotion in good faith.

I've been to this location many times and I didn't think it was possible to mess up mcdonalds.... but as it turns out - it is. I don't think I'll go there anymore. One day i went and ordered a regular hamburger with extra pickles, and got one pickle and two patties....weird. Every other mcdonalds puts 2-4 pickles on a regular burger. This place only one. And if you want carbonated pop, go to circle k. The pop is so flat that you can't drink it. I have to agree with the other reviews, it's the slowest mcdonalds I've ever been... read more
