I would like to send out a massive “Thank You” to the manager Dean who was phenomenal in helping us today. The customer service was next level and it was greatly appreciated, especially during the busy lunch rush.
This is the worst macdonald I have ever seen in my whole life I don’t know how shift manager became manager he didn’t know how to behave if I could give less than 0 I could give him his customer service is zero staff is very bad. Hate this place don’t waste your time and money.
This location I’ve never ever in my life witnessed such horrible staff I ordered my order on skip I have my order info my order number I receive my food they claimed they needed extra time for and for what they not only did whatever they wanted I got a Big Mac no lettuce or pickles or onion. And blt quarter pounder no sauce they print a receipt attach it to bag with what they made haha so they new what they did but forgot I still have the original order they didn’t follow I called them and they go oh sorry no we didn’t make ... read more
