I had a very disappointing experience ordering an iced coffee at McDonald's. I specifically requested less ice and I was served a cup that was only about 75% full. It felt like I was paying for a full-sized drink but receiving significantly less product. Asking for less ice should not result in a partially filled cup. The drink looked incomplete and did not provide the value I expected for the price paid. This experience left me feeling as though I was paying for ice rather than coffee.
