Ordered and went to the wrong location. Had to reorder at still creek drive. When I called this location to get a refund no one picked up.
Worst McDonalds in Brentwood I asked if they were open and nobody respond back or took an order. There should be a way proper hiring procedure. Never coming back here
I come here about twice a month and more than half of the time they always forget an item or two.
I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Priya. She made my day. she is very polite,friendly and positive attitude.
1. Walk into restaurant and it smells like puke as if none of the workers had never mopped the floor(s). 2. I am solo. I ordered, I watched them pack my food into the bag, but then not call my order number so that they could wait until multiple orders are ready to be served. I should not have to wait to be served as/with a group that I am not even with. 3.
