The sign said it was open till 12 am but close 1 hr early, that's rich. It's honestly bad, train your employees right to follow procedures and schedules instead of letting them doing what they want. Why lie about this sign or even put that up in the first place I'd say that's False Advertisement.
I just had a couple iced coffee. It took some time, but it was 2 bucks, so.. No biggie
For a chain based on consistency, this doesn’t always happen here with the food. When you are lucky to receive something that is freshly made, then things are good. Staff changes so much. Some of the managers are very nice. I wish they would clean their exterior windows more often.
