I recently visited McDonald’s specifically to purchase Happy Meals for my daughters, as they were hoping to receive the Hello Kitty toy advertised. Unfortunately, both were given a different toy, and when I asked if they could be switched for toddler toys, I was told that only “Spot It” toys were available. Additionally, our food order was incorrect. They should start closing the dining area at 10 with how much they ignore it and leave people who order in till last. Took 20 minutes and the drive thru would've taken 5.
I go to this location every single morning for coffee. Its the only order they get right. If I ever get food for my family its wrong. ALWAYS. I just got home opened my meal and I paid for a double quarter pounder and got one patty. I order plain cheeseburgers for my kids and it always has sauce. If there was another one anywhere close I wouldn't use this location again.
New location. That's the only nice part about it. The service was super awkward and unprofessional. Thought this is fast food not slow food took over 20 min for one little cheeseburger which was cold. Not a fan very disappointed
