Big attitude problem with employees. I ordered two simple things. First, I didn’t get the straw and had to wait several minutes just to get medium fries. I can understand food can sometimes take some time to be ready but they should never show attitude to the customer unless the customer is the problem. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the straw as well as I thought it’s common sense to give straw with a drink and they wouldn’t forget that. Our experience today was very positive. The staff offered to walk our food to the table and was great at giving us extra straws or spoons when we needed it. The manager was walking around the tables asking how our food was and if we needed anything which I don't see this often in fast food. They also gave my eldest kids a free ice cream which made my child's day. Would eat here again.
