Great service and staff. Pleasant atmosphere and eating area/tables/restrooms are always clean.
At times especially late the customer service gets sketchy and borderline rude.
Ridiculous that they lie and say the monopoly game is over when I just checked and it isn't. I specifically ordered a big Mac and large drink to get the game pieces and the person lied and said all the prizes have been won and I checked again and almost all the prizes are still available. If they're going to do half digital and half paper properties they should make enough. Here's photo proof . It's really really bad practice to lie to your customers.
