The employees are having customers wait 20+ minutes for food even when they are not busy. Their drive thru crew times are falsified by closing out the ticket and telling the customer to go park. Avoid this McDonald's. Management doesn't exist and employees don't care about the customer experience.
I always come here to McDonald’s to get my food and I ordered my large coat with no ice. Never have any issues with my drink except when I come in the morning and there is the Spanish lady that does not fill my cup up properly. I asked her once and she was all upset, saying that there’s nothing that she could do that’s the way that the machine dispenser.
