Food was great and service was good for 9pm but they forgot the 1 thing that I came to McDonald's for, didn't realize until on the hwy back to rexburg. Got those spicy nuggets but they forgot the spicy mcchicken 😑
Recieved wrong order after waiting in curbside pickup for 30 min.... my lunch is only 45 min anyway
I stared at my ready food for 15 minutes!!!! and I counted!!!! 6 employees stood around giggling and flirting I could not even get there attention to just hand it to me!! When I finally got their attention by going behind the counter the employee had the audacity to say nothing and point at the bell. This is disgusting customer service
Awful location. Prefer other locations over this one due to the multiple occasions in which I have received poor service. I have waited an extensive amount of time for 2 McFlurrys only to receive 2 MELTED McFlurrys. This time 2 Chicken McNugget happy meals, got back home to realize the only things In my happy meal boxes were apples, fries and the toy. How did they miss both of the happy meals entree; the nuggets????
Waited at curbside forever!!!
