Mobile order Drive Thru 10/10!!
On top of McDonald’s general decline and my expectations of that coming in, this is WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had. Again, my expectations were already pretty low. No one talks to you at this location, you have to order on the touchscreen and I waited over 25 minutes for one happy meal, at a dirty table. It feels like a prison in there. Stark, dirty and cold. We live right up the street and make the mistake of going here about once a month. They are terribly slow and have not gotten our order right a single time. Usually entire meals or entrees are missing, and their staff are incapable of looking up the order once they’ve screwed it up, so you have to show them your order in the app or ask for a printed receipt. It’s wild. I assume Ryan Walters is training all the new hires. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chick-fil-A next door, or literally anywhere else
Definitely hit and miss here. Last time I got 2 sandwiches waited 5 mins or so (for a mobile order that should have been ready) just to get cold sandwiches. Today I did another mobile order at 5:42 and pull up at 5:47 to be told they aren't open for 10 mins when I know they open at 5:30 because I come here often before work
