I never expect much when going to a McDonalds but this one was extra bad! Took over 20 minutes to get our food and when we eventually did get it, it was cold, missing drinks, and a whole meal. Which we then had to wait another 10 minutes for. The employees literally just stared at us and then walked away without helping us. Very irritating!
I stopped here for lunch on Oct 10, 2025. There was these kiosks to order no human help. I attempted to place an order but was unable to read the screen, (my fault I forgot my glasses). I went to the counter to get some assistance where there is a sign posted stating if you need assistance just ask. Well I waited maybe 3 minutes left and headed to the restroom and on my return I waited another 3 minutes. Service was slow, we wanted to ask about a drink and no one would come talk to us then they forgot our fries so we wanted back again and no one would talk to us yet again so I eventually just walked back there. Food was cold and fries tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. TERRIBLE
Can't get your order right when they promise to replace your order they fo the very minimal to try to make it right
This is the 5th time I have been to this McDonald's and the 3rd time they have got my order wrong. This time they actually walked up to me with completely the wrong order.
