The worst meal ever. Ordered a fillet of fish tiny “dot” of tarter on corner of bun. Only one at the drive thru and they asked me twice if I had 2orders. Which the 2 orders were mine just wanted to pay separate. Not a very sharp group and the food only fair. Order #1291
If you want “fast” food, don’t come here. They’re so slow. Staff seem completely incompetent. They have 4 people in the back station trying to pack 1 drive through order, a lobby full of people who have been here for 30 minutes and no food given. A complete joke. This place is set up with they latest technology to make the service and experience better and honestly some how they are still messing it up.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s around! Since they have opened we’ve never had an order that was correct! But to make matters worse, tonight we ordered, slow slow service in drive through, we ordered 3 meals and 2 additional sandwiches, food finally is given to us and I asked for ketchup, the kid told me hold on and closes the window, 3 minuets later he comes back and says if you want ketchup you’ll have to pay extra ! It's fine, it's a McDonald's. Because of my work schedule while I was in Nephi, I typically did not have the time for a sit-down restaurant, so I ended up going here almost daily. They do take a bit longer than most locations I've been to sometimes. Worst was probably twice when it was 15 minutes for a double quarter pounder, but usually 5-10 minutes, not atrocious.
