Food; Hot, correct, 5/5 Kiosk; easy just use it people why do you need the counter Staff; 10/10 green shirt guy and lady I assume was training; both awesome. Brought food, extra butter, friendly. For a McDonalds? Best in a while - from 2 dudes in from Colorado
Shame on the owners for not scheduling enough people on night shifts. Those poor employees
I pulled up to the first window and nobody came to take my payment so I pulled forward to the second window and when I got there, the employee yelled at me and my friend and said he canceled the order and then was actively talking bad about us in front of us to his coworkers and made a big deal about the whole thing and was just overall extremely rude and our food was wrong. I will never be returning to this location ever again literally the worst experience I’ve ever had a McDonald’s get it together.
I only get three hamburgers with no pickle in a 20-piece nugget.... During the day they always get it right.... But at night they have messed it up a few times( gave me cheeseburgers with pickle in a hamburger wrapper with the sticker on it) how they messed that up I have no idea and I won't be back. Even though I did say something they did not offer to replace it and no one called me or anything
