food is usually accurate and tasty but the workers seem miserable and like they don’t know that their job is customer service. very short, cold and unfriendly. they don’t give ketchup unless you ask, and when you do they’re very stingy with it as if a worldwide corporation like mcdonald’s can’t supply them enough ketchup. they also tend for forget nugget sauces even when they ask which ones we want. mcdonald’s is a worldwide, beloved burger and fry restaurant, so there should be ketchup with every meal no questions asked. lo... read more

Drive thru order was incorrect for kids meals I ordered. I ordered my kids 4 piece chicken nuggets. Instead they got 4 pieces nugget toy and no food. I called to get a replacement. Instead of redoing the entire meals they just gave me the chicken nuggets. This is not a very convenient drive thru.
