I visit this McDonald’s almost daily, but while sitting in the dining room I saw two large roaches cross the floor toward the kitchen. A staff member acknowledged me but showed little concern, even with another family present who also saw them. I took a photo of the first roach and will attach it here—needless to say, I won’t be back.
Nobody will come to the counter. You have to use kiosk, workers are scrambling and short staffed. Not the workers fault, but this place is awful.
Does this place go out of their way to hire the rudest people they can find? They don't greet you. They give you your food without saying anything and close the window. If your bag is missing something, and it usually is, you have to use a lot of effort to get them to come back to the window to tell them.
