Every single time I come here there’s problems. We place an order in the drive through and the order vanished by the time we go to the next window. Employees massively confused. Can’t print a receipt. Can’t wait for one to open closer to home. Signage for meals you don’t have!
Another terrible update (4/16/26). DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND JUST GO TO CULVER’S. Today it took 42 minutes to get a to-go order. FORTY TWO MINUTES…They even lost track of it and I had to reorder it. Was STILL missing an item when given. Left with a bag of barely warm food. Literally the worst McDonalds ever. Never again. Literally the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. From three cars back in line to getting my food took a total of 28 minutes. I could let this slide normally, they were busy, etc. etc. But my fries weren't even warm!!!!🤬🤬🤬
All the people working there just goof around and don't actually put in work. Its called FAST food. No wonder yall are stuck working at McDonald's.
