Somebody took a bite out of my kid's chicken. Nugget meal took a bite out of the chicken nugget. Unbelievable I would hate to think I had people working for me like that. I'll never be back
2 pm Friday afternoon noon at drive through, the food attendant gave us Diet Coke in place of regular, we just asked for a switch... She ends up throwing the unwanted soda just outside window into the lane off my front tire.... I mean really. Im sorry but it's frequent that diet is given in place of regular, and what was such a big deal. I doubt I eat the food today because she was so nasty I have doubts about the food safety/quality.
I ordered a large iced mocha latte and I got a large coffee with cream and no sugar with ice.
They always mess up a drive-thru order. Missing food, onions on a burger when I asked none, no toy in a happy meal, etc. It's best to go inside and look through your bag before leaving. It's too bad there's not another one around. The one in Waxhaw is excellent btw.
