This place actually sucks lol no one ever answers the phone they’re super rude and don’t ever listen to what you are ordering if they forget they’ll just decide for you
Stop at McDonald's for breakfast at 9am - was given the wrong order. Did not find out til I got home. Mind you was verbally ask for my order at the 2nd window yet the actual order was wrong. Zero stars.
6am- 3pm crew better than 4-10 all the after crew does is chat they barely even cook the food
I used the pull through ordering. I was having a hard time hearing over the speaker system. And the individual taking my order was very pleasant and kind and helped me through it. When I when I got up to the counter, I explained why I couldn’t hear him well. I wear Hearing Aides and they don’t do well with those speakers sometimes. And I had to have him keep repeating himself. He said, oh don’t apologize I understand and I’ll try and remember you next time you come through and help you again. I don’t mind at all.
