This is one of the best McDonald's In the county.
One of the filthiest McDonalds I’ve seen and you can’t blame the customers. This is in Lakewood Ranch! A wealthy area where everything is manicured and there are zero transients. The dining room was equally filthy but I didn’t want to go around taking photos of that. It makes me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen! I won’t be back. food is always good but service is ALWAYS slow. always. no matter how busy they are, prepare to wait. I try to order for curbside to skip the lines (which is what it's for) but lines or not, ive consistently waited upwards of 25 minutes for my food. I understand places are understaffed lately but when it isnt busy at all and im still sitting there for that long it gets ridiculous.
Horrible service. Horrible food, Won’t be back.
This location is consistently abysmally slow, I ordered food from the app and it literally took 30min of sitting around for me to finally try to just cancel and leave, of course the app said they were still making the food (they weren’t) and didnt let me cancel, essentially stealing $10 from me and making me feel like a moron for waiting for so long. Quality is standard modern McDonald’s trash, no real horror stories or anything, it’s just kinda always bad, nothing new here
