Consistently Terrible Service — This Location Damages the McDonald’s Brand I have repeatedly given this McDonald’s location second chances, and the result is consistently the same: poorly prepared food, unacceptable service, rude and indifferent employees, and an apparent complete lack of effective management. This has happened to me countless of times and I’m tired of paying for a large fry and they give me less than half. The customer service is extremely rude & careless.
Saturday morning - long line at the drive thru. Placed order but was not told whether to go to window 1 or window 2 so pulled up the the furthest window. That window was apparently closed so no one handed us our food. Waited and waited and finally had to park and go inside. No explanation was given and no apology. Wontm't be returning to this mcdonalds any time soon. Horrible service.
