I was having such a hard time getting my app code to appear upon ordering. This wonderful worker, named Sonya, was incredible. She was so sweet and quickly guided me to fixing the issue, getting my code to appear. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The way she greet us, helped us and gave us well wishes for a good day, I hope I get her every time I go to this drive thru. I’d give her bring stars if I could.
This is the second McDonald’s. I walked out on in a week. Nobody is around anymore to take care of you at the front and you stand there waiting and getting ignored and that’s not just one store. It appears to be all of them. Very poor system.
Not to be that person cause I understand mistakes happen but every time I go to this location my food is messed up. Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru (was the only person in drive thru) and after I got my food I pulled over to check it due to past experiences here. Sure enough, sandwich had cheese and onions. I park and go inside, receive it again, and don’t think to check it before headed home because how could they mess it up twice right? Wrong drove 20 minutes home and it’s covered in onions.
