Hours for Friday are listed as open till 11pm. Great. Pulled into drive thru at 9:50pm and sat behind 3 cars all placing orders. Pulled up to place my order and was met with an abrupt, “we’re closing early”. Wtf. When I asked “Why?”, I was told, “Cause our owner wants to.” Unbelievable. If you’re not going to stay open till 11pm, than don’t post your hours as open till 11pm. Poor customer service.
Let me just preface this with how this incident happened a while ago and I’m just now composed enough to make a review. My friends and I thought about going to Wendy’s that day but honestly, a back alley dumpster probably would’ve been more appetizing than what we got. I would’ve rather had the meal that Shrek had in the first movie when he eating alone and Donkey was staring in at him from outside.
