Its a bad McD. The drive thru area is very small in space. I feel you have to be careful when u drive thru it. You can damage vehicle easily. The food was mid. The fries were fresh but extremly salty. Maybe they needed to clean the bin. Or something. The lines are long and the wait is even more. The young workers there seem lost and confused on how to run a drive thru. I would not be returning.
The touch screen kiosk inside doesn't even have the same deals as the drive thru, but the employees recommend you use the touch screen to order when you go inside 🤷♂️ walked right on out
I don’t think corporate is making you cheap out this bad. Store owners maybe? We asked for waters, and we’re getting charged the price of an iced tea literally $10 for waters…absolutely grossed out by this McDonalds. Fries are always cold, nuggets are old and hard, and they charge more than other McDonald’s in the valley. I prefer to drive the extra 10 mins to the other McDonald’s.
Never again will I eat here.
I was going to buy coffee, but I had to use the restroom first. After about a minute or two someone comes in and knocks on the door and asked if anyone is there I answered Yes and they proceeded to say we need to come in and clean the restroom I said, "okay I'm using it right now" and then they left, exactly 1 minute later somebody comes in and they're knocking again but they didn't say anything this happened six more times.
