management was horrible. went through the drive thru and went to the pay window where there was a sign that said no ice cream so i thought it was pretty ridiculous that they put the paper at the pay window and not on the menu and i couldnt back out because the drive thru was too curvy and small so i had to sit in the long line. when i got up to the front to talk to the manager and make it aware to her that the sign should be put on the menu instead of at the window she blew me off and said "srry but u dont always get ur way,... read more

The food good, the service was ok, but the restroom were so gross and dirty. The smallest mcdonalds ever. I mean it's Newport Beach this should be a good clean restaurant
