The food came out alright, but my initial experience had issues with ordering on the app. When I went inside the registers both said to order at the kiosks which is very distopian. If there's any problem with your order there's often nobody at the counter. They call out names of orders then walk away back out of sight leaving you standing there waiting for someone to come back to the front with your food. The absolute worst service out of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not only are they slow and rude but at this point are just clearly incompetent. Waited 25 minutes for my mobile order only for someone to come out saying I needed to “confirm and finish the order” on my end? After I already paid and entered the curbside spot number? Weird and confusing. On top of that my order ended up being wrong as I got the wrong sandwich
Unbelievable, thirty five forty minutes, we never got the order.We had to go inside and get a refund
This McDonald's is the worst! Customer has gone out the window. Took us 20 mins to recieve 2 orders. Yes we waited 20 mins for 2 basic order I. RESERVED DRIVE THRU PARKING SPACE #1. Every single time we order Herr we have to wait, I guess on the positive side our food is "FRESH".
McDonald's website says that the dining room for this location is open til 330 am, that was untrue. Went to order through the drive through and the menu screens were not operating. Terrible.
