For an order, it takes more than 10 minutes, a very bad place to buy.
I want to give my flowers because when I go to McDonald's I expect a "whatever" experience. Like, the bare minimum. When I came here, 2/24/26 @ around 10pmish, the person in the drive-thru was fast, cool, and prompt. Then I proceed to pickup my food and it was quick, and the guy who handed me the food was super attentive. Everything felt like Chick-Fil-A quality service or In-N-Out. Fast service and friendly cashier.
I had such a great experience at the McDonald's on Balboa & Rinaldi in Granada Hills. Kelsey, the cashier, was absolutely amazing. She was super sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful while taking my order. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. It’s rare to see customer service like that these days, and it really stood out. Thank you, Kelsey, for being so kind and professional — you made my day better!
