I’ve been meaning to write a review just haven’t found the time to do so. I went in about 2 days ago to place an order in lobby. I had asked politely for some guidance with customizing my order and the girl I talked to was very rude horrible customer service, she ignored me and went straight to her phone, I asked an employee to write her name down for me I believe it was azucena she’s also very rude to her employees cussing at them and yelling at them constantly I will be reporting this to corporate
Bad service;
just picked up an order. they had us wait outside for 6 extra minutes because of the mccrispy on my order. no big deal. they give us the food and we go home. i opened my mccrispy to this. not only is there no extra sauce… there is literally NOTHING on it??? i call mcdonald’s and speak to “Joanne” while i let her know there’s nothing on my sandwhich. before anything, she immediately says “umm, they put it on the top and bottom, i watched them make it.” and then proceeded to offer me another one. i immediately call her out and... read more
