just picked up an order. they had us wait outside for 6 extra minutes because of the mccrispy on my order. no big deal. they give us the food and we go home. i opened my mccrispy to this. not only is there no extra sauce… there is literally NOTHING on it??? i call mcdonald’s and speak to “Joanne” while i let her know there’s nothing on my sandwhich. before anything, she immediately says “umm, they put it on the top and bottom, i watched them make it.” and then proceeded to offer me another one. i immediately call her out and... read more

Something has to change here, drive thru, dine in and mobile orders are a nightmare and take forever. Every time we give this place a chance they let us down. Today I waited 20+ minutes for 2 happy meals and a burger. So many other people came after us and left with much bigger orders. Had to ask 3 different times if my food was going to be ready soon. Got our food and ICE COLD. Drinks never have ice, maybe 3 or 4 cubes floating at the top. Maybe it melted from waiting so long all the time? I've NEVER had a good experience h... read more
