Placed online order for ice coffee. Ice coffee doesn't take long to make i waited 10 minutes at the mobile curbside and finally decided to call the store. After calling the store 1 min later someone came out with my ice coffee. The ice coffee was the worst I've ever had at this location coffee grounds on the bottom of my ice coffee. Horrible!
Stopped by McDonald’s in saviers road today to eat got 2 meals one was a Big Mac combo the Big Mac had a hair so I went to try and get a new one they took the Big Mac with the hair but I ended up waiting about 25 mins just to have to ask again asked 3 times till I finally got it and they also got it wrong.
Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over 30+ min for our dine-in order, and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold, missing several items, and tasted like it had been sitting out. No one at the restaurant seemed to care or take any accountability, the staff just shrugged it off and offered zero solutions or apologies. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Will never be coming back here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
