Had a really bad experience I had a mobile order which I order a Oreo McFlurry and a ice cream cone . I ordered inside and supposed to get delivered to my table after Waiting For Twenty Minutes they come apologize for the inconvenience and told me that’s ice cream machine was not working I asked for a refund. After all I asked for 2 cups for water for waiting so long, the answer was a no just because she had already refunded me which was kind of rude. The workers hate life. You have to get their attention by leaning over the counter and calling for help, don't stand there and expect them to say hi or acknowledge you first. Update: The last few times I've come in, nothing has changed! I said hello again to them first and this latest time they just looked at me but didn't say anything. It wasn't busy in the dining room, there were only 3 of us customers needing help at the counter.
