I met a girl on the 24th of December the other day at the Quil Ceda Casino. she was broke and stranded needed a ride home. Worst place fast food Restaurant made my child and my mothers order at 940pm Didn’t get until 10:10pm and also on top it they Didn’t get order right if going have people make sure there fast and make sure they have order’s right!!!!
Very incompetent staff. Pulled up to the box, was asked 3 times to repeat my order, was told to wait multiple times while placing order. Got to the pick up window and order wasnt ready, manager ( Ricky Lopez) asked me for my receipt, was never given receipt by cashier, manager (Ricky Lopez) came back to widow with one breakfast sandwich, when i ordered 2 for the buy one get one offer. Customer service is excellent. Friendly and helpful. The manager is a sweetheart.
Different experience to your normal McDonald's. Just opened and customer service is the best I would go to this one before any other.
