Love the food here
This location always HAS SOME KIND OF ISSUE! I get a special coffee, a mocha, every morning on the way to work. This morning again their " machine isn't working". Well 2 out of 5 visits their machine is down. Sick of it. The second location in Waycross can't make one. They'll make everything but what I order and I'm late for work everyday I stop in. Had an issue a few days prior with an app order that was absolutely nobody at the restaurant’s fault. Spoke to the manager Michelle and she went above and beyond to remedy the situation and made sure I walked away satisfied! She offered to do even more than what was necessary and for that I really appreciate it!!!
