I first met with Amy almost 3 years before deciding to go ahead with the project. At that meeting she explained how the company works, showing me how scheduling was set up and examples from other projects. From the time I signed up to completion, the communications were great, the managers of the project were on top of everything going on, the designers helped me through the details, the subs did great work, and the work stayed on schedule. McDonald is wonderful, we had them do three different renovations for us first our formal family and dining room, next our basement with guest room and bathroom, movie area. Last our kitchen and mudroom. Between the fantastic design staff and our PM Kevin Tamte as well as the actual work performed and schedule adherence we were extremely happy. This company is extremely friendly and professional. The staff are a delight to work with and respond promptly to questions. From the planning stage all the way to the finishing touches, there is great attention to detail. Excellent scheduling communication, and a fantastic job of sticking to the schedule.
