I emailed McDonalds on a Saturday evening about a non-emergency issue with my garage cooler. Within the hour I had a response from the owner. After explaining the issue, I was told they needed to come out. Two days later they showed up, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in 30 min. Exceptional service and all around good guys to work with.
