Dr. McDonald and his staff are wonderful! My son had his wisdom teeth extracted here about a month ago. After having a prior (very) bad experience with a different oral surgeon, Dr. McDonald and his entire staff were a blessing to us. My son had experienced a panic attack before his wisdom teeth extraction at the prior oral surgeon's office and after explaining his experience with the panic attack to Dr. McDonald and his staff and how it was handled at that other office, these guys treated my son so well! Thanks to DR. McDonald and his staff they are always so awesome! He treated my daughter for a tooth years ago and was awesome so we came back to get all her wisdom teeth out and had no problems. This is my go to office thanks for taking care of my baby.
First I want to say that if you read the reviews you will find that all the 1 stars have the same complaints as me. His office replied with those are not real patients but funny how a scam review could be the exact same as mine.I was referred to Dr McDonald for dental implants and the day of surgery when I went in I was told he had an emergency and it would be awhile.
