The staff and assistants were a delight. I felt comfortable and welcomed. The Doctor Mr McDonald was very understanding with my concerns. He answered all my questions and gave me detailed answers. The procedure from intake to discharge was very relaxed and caring. I had 6 teeth removed surgically and extracted. My aftercare was explained and simple. I came in for emergency surgery of which I found out right before it to be done. Dr. McDonald and his team eased the news to me in a way that did not make me nervous. Dr. McDonald has a wonderful bedside manner and he is very thorough. Sydney Ragin was with me from beginning to end and her personality and gentleness was tops. They all made a potentially frightening scenario into an easy process. I would recommend this practice to all.
I visited the office of McDonald Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery yesterday, 12.22.2025. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming I just felt so safe and happy to be here. Dr. MCDONALD and staff removed all of my fear about my procedure. My anesthesia experience was simply grand. I experienced no pain or fear at all. Dr. MCDONALD and his staff are the very BEST.
