The service and completion so bad Sometimes I swear I must be on candid camera. To quote my independent building inspector. “ No Tradie is going to look back on this job with pride.” They never return calls. They never answer Emails. They never follow through on agreed rectifications. Dealing with McDonald Jones has been the worst experience of my life.
The stress and tears McDonald Jones put us through over the past few years, was one of the most horrible experiences in my life. Leaving this review so I can hopefully save anyone else from this heart ache, please DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!
We engaged McDonald Jones to build on our land purchased in Ginninderry, Canberra. All the people we interacted with were highly patient & professional, from Xavier in Sales, to Ajay, Andrew, Warren, Karla & Sam at the tail end of the build. We were very happy with the end product, the updates received throughout, and mainly McDJones holding true to early fixed price quotes and timeframes projected (despite all the building / supply chain challenges). Would absolutely recommend and use McDonald Jones homes again!
