Absolutely terrible experience! The company refused to pay the trades and made every excuse under the sun for late payments. Which in turn caused many many issues for us! Do NOT recommend using them!
We had some issues during our build but it was handled well by the team to ensure our concerns were addressed.

Like some other comments we would not recommend building with these lot. They missed our staircase window and we went to site only to realise there was framing where our window should have been. We then had an issue that we brought to their attention regarding the installation height of an item that was not functional or usable for the end user and the response from their team was this will be a variation at the client’s expense (you can see this on Product Review). Building with Mcdonald Jones Homes was a really great experience for us. The quality of the build was amazing. The whole team from designing, pre construction , construction and handover went very smooth for us as a homeowner. Our site supervisor was the best and handled completely everything for us which made us thoroughly enjoy building our dream home.
