They took my payment, raised my bill $9.63 saying if I don't pay it they will cancel my policy. So I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund of the future months payed service. They blamed the carrier but the carrier said they had nothing to do with it. They stole my money, extorted me for $9.63, and said take it up with National general. I'll be talking with the proper authorities. This is not over.
After calling several other insurance companies, Schutz responded to me immediately and worked with us to give us the perfect policy for our farm!! Their customer service is excellent. I have the honor of working with Debbie - I already know I am in good hands!
