They done excellent in my opinion
They took my payment, raised my bill $9.63 saying if I don't pay it they will cancel my policy. So I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund of the future months payed service. They blamed the carrier but the carrier said they had nothing to do with it. They stole my money, extorted me for $9.63, and said take it up with National general. I'll be talking with the proper authorities. This is not over.
