your store has one strength- making people feel stupid. i went in for nails for my husband and received poor customer service. just stood there. i twice said thank you for the help and received nothing in response. with most poor service, i tell myself i wont be back. this time sealed the deal.

Poor customer service. Delivery driver ripped multiple bags of insulation and left them in the rain on my driveway. When I enquired about replacement of soaked insulation. I was informed it was my fault for leaving them outside even though I tapped them, and undamaged ones were still dry.
