My 20 year old heat pump went out over the 4th of July holiday while I had my out of town grandchildren staying with me. It was super hot and we had no A/C. I called McDonald’s and spoke with Brooke who was very helpful and sent Josh Wright out the next morning to diagnose the issue and see what could be done. From the moment the phone was answered to the arrival of the technician, the customer service was excellent! The tech arrived as promised, knew immediately what the issue was, and fixed it in no time. Definitely will recommend to others!
