AC lines were frozen, no cold air. I called to have them take a look. In the meantime I replaced the air filter which was very dirty. This fixed the issue, but I had McDonald come out anyway to make sure freon was good. They checked freon pressure and said it was a bit low. AC was working just fine, so I advised to leave it be. They replaced a capacitor and said it would only cost $5 or $10 installed. They ended up charging me $35 for the capacitor, plus $65 for a service fee, and $100 for labor. McDonald's heating and Air was absolutely professional even took care of work and maintenance that I didn't even know about not to mention the knowledge that they gave me during the visit. I can't thank them enough.
Well, I've found my HVAC provider. Incredibly helpful, thorough, and diligent. Answered all my questions and helped me resolve an issue upstairs and then serviced the units for both of my properties. Pricing was competitive and very fair. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
Great experience with this company. From scheduling the next day appt with Brooke to Ethan coming out and doing a really good job at a reasonable price. Explained exactly what the issue was. Happy to be part of the service plan.
