I am giving a low score because on April 18 & 25, 2025, I sent an inquiry to McDonald's website. To date, no one has had the courtesy to contact me. Through the years, I have bought flowers and even a crepe myrtle tree (which I love) from their garden center. I had a question about their rewards program because every year on my birthday in February, I receive a $5 coupon toward a future purchase. Very impressive selection. And facilities. Felt very accessible for a garden center lots of paved paths, no steps, all ramps. I saw lots of watering going on, but no standing water. Plants all looked to be in great health. Garden ornaments were varied and appeared to be of quality durable materials. If you're looking for plants, supplies, tools, this a place to go.
They NEVER answer the phone.. I let my fingers do the walking as they say and I make phone calls instead of driving all over Hampton Roads looking for what I want. The website doesnt give me the info I want..I take my business elsewhere..I take it to where they answered the phone and answered my questions.. this has now happend twice.
