I am giving a low score because on April 18 & 25, 2025, I sent an inquiry to McDonald's website. To date, no one has had the courtesy to contact me. Through the years, I have bought flowers and even a crepe myrtle tree (which I love) from their garden center. I had a question about their rewards program because every year on my birthday in February, I receive a $5 coupon toward a future purchase.
