For my first visit ever, Can I say WOW from the front desk lady to Dr McDonald! They were great, from my rays from the front desk and Dr McDonald cleaning my teeth and fixing the one that was hurting me! They both exceeded my expectations! I will be back and I’m sending my daughter as well!!!
I had a great experience at Dr. McDonald’s office. Frances explained there was an intern who would assist with my appointment. We have all been new at some point in our lives, right? Her name escapes me but she did a great job. They were finishing up another patient and got me in the chair quickly. My x-rays were taken, my teeth were cleaned and questions answered. They were professional, warm and inviting. I was completely satisfied. See you in a few months.
This is a very nice dentistry they are very small and makes you feel like family… they did a great job I chipped my tooth and they fixed it.. I didn’t want to break the bank or didn’t want to get a fill in cause it as my front tooth so he ended shaving it a little not even noticeable anymore so it save me lots of money and a great same smile.. thank you doctor McDonald you are a blessing and I shall return
I trusted these reviews and reached out to see if my insurance was accepted. I left a message and received a call back from the Receptionist ready to schedule me. I was excited about the urgency to get me in so I stopped my search and decided on this office. BIG MISTAKE!! I was advised that I will receive new patient paperwork via email and my appointment was set for Wednesday, June 11th at 3:30. Dr. McDonald was super efficient and professional. Had the best experience getting teeth cleaning. Highly recommend staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
