This team is so nice and gentle. I can’t recommend them enough. Dr. McDonald explains EVERYTHING and does not try to upsell you on stuff like many others. Highly recommended!!!!

I have always had DENTAL ANXIETY......Well when it came down to Dr. McDonald and his staff Ms. Frances that was a thing of the past.....they made me very comfortable and communicated with me throughout the entire process.....upon entering the door I felt a calming spirit come over me when Ms. Frances greeted me as she welcomed me with her very sweet expectation......she didn't know me from a can of paint but acted as if she did and was anxiously awaiting my arrival......as soon as I sat in the chair my anxiety got the best o... read more

I had a great experience in Dr. McDonald’s office. I received great energy from the staff and I appreciate the warmth and enthusiasm from the moment I walked through the door. I can’t say that I’ve had an experience at a dental facility as pleasant as I had with Dr. McDonald. My comfort was the priority and the delivery of information was superior.

I want to Thank Dr. McDonald for the quality of care I received. My anxiety levels were thru the roof and he calmed all my fears. Everything was clearly explained and I was given multiple options. I will be referring family and friends.

This was my first visit and although I was apprehensive about the cost, they were very helpful and informative about what my insurance would cover and any actual costs that I would be responsible for. I ended up having some badly needed extractions. They were so kind and considerate and did not want me to experience any pain. They actually helped turn this into a positive experience! I will definitely return when I need additional work.
