The service dept mainly ashley has been super accommodating to my rough schedule as I hardly have down time being in dirt work we never know but she has got me scheduled in same day for service on my work truck 2018 ram 2500 anything from simple service to broke down she has went the extra distance to get me back on the road thanks Ashley and korf service dept
Ashley and Abby in the service department are truly two great individuals to work with! My truck went down in January of ‘24. Ashley took my call and got the truck in. We got it fixed but it continued to have nothing but issues (not Korfs fault). Every time I called both of them were willing to work with me, get it looked at in a timely manner and try to help me get it out the door working. I also have to give the shop crew a shout out also because they saw my truck for several months and never turned me away to another serv... read more
They do not do recalls on ram 5500 and they would not tell me the price of the oil change before I had it done and seen the bill
