I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt inclined to inform others of my experience here. I had set up an appointment with Brendan for a used Ford truck. I spoke to him on 3/19 And indicated I would be there between 9-10am. I spoke to him on 3/20 at 9:30am to Tell him I would be there right at 10. I got to the dealership a couple minutes before 10. had an appointment at 9am to look at a used vehicle this morning. its an hour drive from where i live to the dealership. 5 minutes away and i get a call from the salesman saying the car wasnt available anymore, that someone from their other location took it. So much for making appointments. Save your time and money, look somewhere else for a vehicle.
If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. My family and friends bought cars here for decades when it was Dave Hall Chevrolet…let me tell you it is NOT the same quality dealership now that it was then. My son just bought a used Chevy Cruze/diesel there from Steve Hutchinson. Got the whole it’s a great vehicle will last you a long time, we went over it, nothing wrong with it song and dance.
