I highly recommend this dealership! I can't say enough about the service department. I was traveling through for work and had an issue with my DEF system. They went above and beyond to get the part and get my truck fixed as well as drive me to Lethbridge to pick up a rental in the mean time! Amazing customer service! I will return and I live 4 hours away!!!
Was in town for an event, went out to start my truck and nothing. Waited till Monday morning to talk with the service team. They were super busy but Jill and Mike were able to help me out. Mike came over to where my truck was parked and took a quick look. Ended up being a loose connection on the starter that was just replaced. Got it going and Mike took a look once it was up on the lift. Fixed the issued and had me on my way again.
