We were pulling our 5th wheel with 2023 Denali 2500HD duramax and the transmission valve body failed. We limped the truck into Taber to McDonald GM. This dealership is booked solid for 10 days but Mike the service manager was so helpful. He read the code and determined what the issue was . They recommended Davis GM in Lethbridge and printed out the parts list and sourced the parts. They let us store our RV out back while we got the work done in Lethbridge. Fantastic to deal with.
The shuttle driver’s behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was he shockingly unprofessional, but he drove FAR too fast for the winter road conditions. 😡I was utterly terrified and felt completely unsafe the entire ride. This is nowhere near the level of expertise, care, or professionalism I expect from a shuttle service. I am extremely disappointed 😢 and genuinely concerned 😰for the safety of other passengers.
