They file frivolous lawsuits. They represent Warrior Trading and send C&D letters to innocent customers. Then they sued Emmett Moore and lost an anti-SLAPP case. Again, a court found them guilty of filing frivolous lawsuit - (Yolo County, California)
In my opinion, McDonald Carano are dishonest and bad lawyers who lack ethics. They represented Warrior Trading and Ross Cameron. Warrior Trading had a partner, Jeffrey Fortis, who was charged with penetrating a minor and convicted on other charges. Additionally,McDonald Carano files frivolous lawsuits.
