Received letter for recall. Made appointment to bring truck in for recall. Brought truck in picked it up 3 hours later only to find out the replacement part was not available. 1. Why would you allow customer to make appointment when no parts available? 2. Why did it then take 3 hours 3. Dealership cannot tell us when parts will be available. 4. Why send letter if no parts available. I thought we were the customer????
