My mother is an 80 year old recent widow of an Army Colonel. I have the privilege of helping her anytime she needs it. Yesterday we went to the Pharmacy and she was told that in order to get a new prescription she must first use a QR code, fill out the info via her phone and text to this number etc. Here's the issue-did i say she was 80?
