Long wait times and depending on which side you check in with you might get a receptionist who would be better suited working at a DMV. My wife waited 2 hours to pick up her medications before she just gave up and left. Add to that my PCM who is dismissive and makes me feel rushed while asking very little questions and acting like she knows my diagnoses before she even walks into the exam room. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!!! Try to get prescription here is like watching the ocean dry up! Then you get there (1147) before they go to lunch and they tell you the last ticket is at 1145...no sign nothing on the website, nothing to indicate this...then on top of this they have several pharmacist yet they close to go to lunch instead of staggering the time to stay open. This place has been a nightmare to deal with.
