My go to Harley Davidson dealership for service on my 2014 Street Glide. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The service department has my bike running like new after having some work done. Special thank you to Jason for seeing I needed new brake pads while my bike was being worked on. Make sure you pet the dog you might get a lick.
A very unassuming building, but once inside it was larger than I expected. They had a great selection of all the usual items and accessories. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Alise at McDermotts went above and beyond for me. She helped me with rider-rider finance and made the whole process seamless. If I lived closer I’d be stopping by all the time. Thank you again!
Frequent visitors of Lake George and never leave without visiting McDermott’s to see if there’s accessories for the multiple bikes or possible new attire for us. This last visit may have just been the last for us. 3 women at the counter, 2 of which we have had many pleasant conversations with in the past, both of which are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Too bad one of the 3’s unprofessional “comment” at the counter resulted in this negative review.
