My husband and I called to have Mike come out to help us with water hammer. Mike has done work for us before and we were happy with his work. Unfortunately, this time we were really disappointed. We have a water hammer, and unfortunately, because Mike couldn't hear it while he was here, he dismissed it and said it wasn't urgent. That's exactly why we had him come out! Mike cleared a drain for me in an older steel pipe that my snake could not budge. He did a great job clearing it and gave me advice to keep the drain flowing. Very good service. Highly recommended.
