Michael was fantastic! I've recommended him to our neighbors and friends. We had a kitchen sink backup. We wanted to wait for him, rather than a bigger box company, which tried to tell us all of our drain system needed to be replaced. He was much less expensive than even the big box's quote for the single kitchen sink drain replacement. We will definitely use him again.
When you find a service professional who is timely, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful - you should let everyone else know. This was our second experience with McDermott Plumbing and we were very pleased on both occasions. Obviously will continue to be a repeat customer moving forwards!

My husband and I called to have Mike come out to help us with water hammer. Mike has done work for us before and we were happy with his work. Unfortunately, this time we were really disappointed. We have a water hammer, and unfortunately, because Mike couldn't hear it while he was here, he dismissed it and said it wasn't urgent. That's exactly why we had him come out!
