I don't know what they had going on but I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 8am and so I pulled up at 7:20am, they was suppose to open at 7:30am but opened at 7:40am. So I pulled my SUV in at that time and it sat in the service garage for 45 more minutes before it was taken in to get worked on. Well it's been a year since we purchased our MDX so ofcourse we had to deal with their service dept. Please let me tell you how absolutely fantastic they are. I had a rattle in my car They tore the whole front dash down to the fire war, and found a single loose screw (a dam iratetaing one) and eliminated the rattling. Now that is dedication to their customers.
