Well it's been a year since we purchased our MDX so ofcourse we had to deal with their service dept. Please let me tell you how absolutely fantastic they are. I had a rattle in my car They tore the whole front dash down to the fire war, and found a single loose screw (a dam iratetaing one) and eliminated the rattling. Now that is dedication to their customers.
