Mr. McDaniel was my lawyer during a CPO I had against me, against my son. He presented my case to the judge clearly and professionally. He really was compassionate about my case and gave good advice through the tough time. The end outcome of my case was, I got my CPO dropped! and I got my son back! I recommend having Mr. McDaniel as your lawyer!
Spoke with Hugh as part of the Akron Bar Association, “Ask a Lawyer” program. He was only supposed to give me a few minutes but ended up giving me a solid 25 minutes. I should be able to file for divorce without a lawyer, but if I need one, I’ll go back to Hugh.
Honest and straight foward guy. Him and his team have helped me continue to move forward in life today. Professionally assisting me with clearing up issues that have been a hindrance in my life for many years now. All with minimal effort on my part, it was the best representation I could ask for.
