Very friendly staff and great location
I love it here! Literally use these guys for everything. I don't know a thing about cars, but I know to bring mine to William when something isn't right.
Very friendly & knowledgeable. Made sure I understood what repairs were made & why without being patronizing. I will definitely go back if my car needs work.
The manager is friendly and knowledgeable about every vehicle issue I saw anyone come in with as I waited for my truck’s a/c to be repaired. These guys did a great job with honesty I’ve seldom come across with auto repair shops. All this at a fraction of the price the dealership was asking. I highly recommend.
I had my wheel bearing replaced and something else that was causing my engine to overheat. Although I waited a long time and paid more than I would've liked, they did good work. Im just happy the problems are fixed. I drive a Ford focus and now it's super smooth and super quiet. It feels great to drive
