We are leaving this review in hopes that others won’t have to go through what we had to endure with MCD Weddings Cinematography. We booked the wedding video package with Will in December 2023 and paid the full amount upfront. Although the original video package stated 3 videographers, we were told that only 2 will be available on our wedding day; but then on the actual wedding day itself, only Will showed up and said the other videographer couldn’t make it. We were excited and thrilled to see the wedding video compiled by MCD Weddings Hawaii of our daughter Shelby, in the "Shelby and Joe" presentation featured on the MCD website. Shelby was living in Sydney Australia and planning her special day by internet research and phone; as her family was spread from Colorado to Australia and her choice of a Hawaii venue was a perfect destination. It was an absolute pleasure working with Will Malina and MCD Weddings. I officiated a wedding he was shooting/filming, and he called ahead of time to confirm that I had all the details and to answer any questions I had regarding the ceremony.
