Highly recommend MCD Security Systems. I wanted to upgrade my parents alarm. I called the company and spoke to Tahir. Tahir understood what I wanted for my parents and the type of security alarm, he was very professional, knowledgeable and fitted the alarm to the highest standards and help my parent set the apps etc. Thank you Tahir I [MCD Security Systems]. 5 stars and I will be recommending you to family and friends.
Horrible company, not coming to these crooks ever again. I had an issue with my DVR so I called them to fix it and the guy called Tahir constantly refused, he made excuses and didn't reach out to help at all. I have tried contacting the company and they have done nothing for me, the cameras that were installed are faulty and don't work even after resetting them many times. Awful customer service, do not recommend to anyone who wants cameras installed.
Had read lots of good feedback. Contacted them on a number of occasions to book installation. Promised to call me back each time but failed to do so. Failed to reply to messages. Waste of time.
